The 2 door V8 mechanicals
Still working on the car but we can tell you what we are running. It will run a 31 spline detroit locker Ford 9 inch diff custom made by Dennis Smith here in Ballarat.

The Story
Car will run on standard Ford PCD 114.3 5 stud. Special front struts fitted with Hoppers Stoppers brake kit. Rear brake will be from Ford Falcon. Rear axle will be fitted onto custom single leaf springs together with traction bars to fix any spring wind up problems. Fuel system will come from custom made fuel tank made by B & B aluminum ( thanx Hamish ) through an aeromotive fuel pump/system to the carby.

Wiring will be 90% new only retaining some of the under dash original loom. Its now fitted with extra relays and a fuse box.

Steering will come by a modified original steering column through to a modified rack and pinion. Engine and gearbox will be fitted with oem V8 mounts.
